HOA Annual Dues statements will be mailed thirty days prior to the due date. Invoices will be going out by 12/1/2020 and due by 1/1/2021.

 

The annual HOA fee will remain $175.00 per month. Dues will be considered late if not received fifteen (15) days after the due date and a late fee of $50.00 will be charged to the homeowner account and a statement will be mailed to the homeowner. A finance charge of 18% APR shall be charged for all unpaid fees (1.5% each month). An additional statement will be mailed thirty (30) days following the initial statement.

 

No self-initiated payment plans will be accepted. The dues are to be paid in full by the due date. Partial payments will not be accepted and a $50 late fee will be assessed for each month that the dues are unpaid. The HOA Annual Dues process and assessment are clearly outlined in the CCR’s and Bylaws. Unpaid dues will be subject to the Collections Process with all fees charged to the homeowner.
