Dumpsters will be located here in the neighborhood for 24 hours only beginning 7/20/2018.

 

Do not overload the drop box. Contents must be "water level" with the top. The Dumpsters have automated tarps on the trucks and nothing can be up over the top of the box. 

 

Do not leave items outside or next the box expect someone else to pick them up. 

 

All boxes can be filled no further than the sides of the box. The material must be level with all sides and top of the box.

 

Dumpsters will be closely monitored. So if you leave items outside the containers, they will be be returned to you.
 
Homeowners that deposit unacceptable items will be fined by the HOA and pay the additional disposal costs charged by PRIDE.

 

Unacceptable Materials include the following items: 

 

Tires • Car batteries • Railroad ties • Light ballast • anything with Freon (ex: fridge, freezer, air conditioner), paint, chemicals, hazardous materials, appliances, vehicle parts, and no dirt, rock, sod, gravel and concrete.

 

The dumpsters will be monitored to ensure that prohibited items are not discarded.
