Property maintenance is essential for maintaining property values and protecting the visual appearance of your property. 

 

As our neighborhood and some homes have passed the 30-year mark, it's important to think about cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of your siding, roof, and structure.

Routine maintenance includes items like the following:

Repairs to your structure, fence, and the surrounding grounds. This includes power-washing of the siding, fencing, and driveway/sidewalk.

Cleaning of roof/gutters as leaves are falling and accumulating everywhere.

 

Clearing debris and junk from front/side yards.
