Each lot owner shall keep all structures properly maintained in good condition and repair at all times. On a recent survey, it was noted that there is a lot of unsightly mold and mildew growing on wood and vinyl siding. This must be power washed and removed by the Homeowner to avoid a $50 fine. Owners who have this issue will be notified by letter via the HOA.

 

All trash cans, yard debris, and recycling containers MUST be stored out of view from the street except solely on the designated collection day. Containers may not be stored in front of garages or in locations visible from the street. Containers will be removed from view within 24 hours of the collection day. Failure to properly store containers will result in a $50 fine. This applies to all homeowners and renters.
